move for

mental health

March 15th-24, 2024

We are launching our fourth annual Move for Mental Health campaign from March 15th to 24th, 2024, to spread awareness of the ongoing mental health crisis in our community, promote healthy competition between teams, and get people moving!

The campaign aims to spotlight the connection between physical and mental health. While our primary focus is on mental well-being, we recognize the crucial role that physical health plays in overall wellness. Adopting a holistic approach is essential to address the comprehensive well-being of individuals. All fundraising efforts will directly support more youth in experiencing our Heroes program.
