KARL GARTLY
A business and growth leader in the Alberta technology sector Karl is currently the VP Business Development with Medidas Technologies, an Alberta based technology start up. His career in Entrepreneurship started in companies that mentored and educated young people to operate their own business. Then he Founded a mobile technology company that was acquired in 2017. His involvement with Impact Society's board started the same month he became a Foster parent which further fuels his passion for Impact Society and the Heroes programs.

Jessica is a born and raised Calgarian with deep roots in the community. Jessica combines her experiences as a small business owner and several nonprofit leadership roles with her work as an International Coach Federation and Professional Certified Coach. Jessica works holistically so leaders become conscious influencers of building healthy cultures, organizations, and communities.

CARLIN BLACK RABBIT
Born and raised in the traditional territory of the Blackfoot Confederacy (Treaty 7), Carlin is an Indigenous leader from Siksika Nation. Currently serving his 3rd term as an elected minor chief in his community, Black Rabbit is committed to ensure the best quality of life for his community by working closely in community outreach, public safety and serving as a chairperson for Siksika Board of Education. Through his experience and work in cultural based learning, he offers a unique leadership perspective through traditional Blackfoot teachings.

Eda Libin serves as the executive director and vice-president of the Alvin and Mona Libin Foundation, continuing her family's legacy of philanthropy in cardiovascular health care, education, and research. Passionate about engaging youth in philanthropy, Eda believes it helps develop responsible and compassionate future leaders. She attributes her personal growth to her family's dedication to giving back, ensuring Calgary remains a great place to live.

ROBERT TANGUAY
Dr. Robert Tanguay is a distinguished psychiatrist and clinical assistant professor at the University of Calgary, specializing in Addiction Medicine and Pain Medicine. He co-leads the Alberta Pain Strategy and is heavily involved in health policy, including addiction and mental health initiatives. As a member of the Calgary Police Commission, Dr. Tanguay contributes to policies for efficient and effective policing. His work has earned him numerous awards, and he actively researches trauma, addiction, chronic pain, opioids, cannabis, and psychedelics.
