terms of license order

This License Order may only be accepted by executing and returning one copy of the same to Impact Society. By executing this License Order, you acknowledge and agree that: (i) its use of the Licensed Material specified herein is subject to, and governed by, all of the terms and conditions of the License Terms and Conditions including, without limitation, all of the rights, restrictions, disclaimers, and limitations contained therein; and (ii) the License Terms and Conditions form part of and are hereby incorporated into this License Order. No agreement is formed between you and Impact Society unless and until Impact Society indicates its agreement to you by executing this License Order.

This agreement is in effect one year to date of order.
